Default room service?

Can you order room service for meals for free? Is there a charge? Is it 24 hours?
I'm going on NCL Spirit 8/13.

Well you don't have to tip them. You will just feel guilty if you don't.

u dont have to tip them everytime they bring you food, you just tip at the end of the trip in the envelopes, plus the guys that bring the food are usually dining room stewards so they get tips from that anyway

The tips for room service is 1 to 2 dollars depending on how much you order. The regular tips DO NOT go to the person bringing your room service order. If you stiff them, beware of your next order.

My kids always use room service in the mornings when they stayed out late and can't get up. They also have a little get together one night with their new found friends. Although the room service choices are limited the food is great! Just remember to be kind to the waiter who brings up your food. For that matter be kind to anyone who handles your food. Always give him and/or her nice tip for all the food he/she will probably have to tote to your room. If everyone gives .50-.1.00 per person they will probably love you. Which means if you call down for future orders that will make you a priority and will almost guarantee quicker service. Don't forget it's okay to set the empty dishes outside you door so your cabin stewart can pick them up. You don't want you room smelling and looking like garbage the next morning. Enjoy your trip! 8)
