do both! No, seriously, if you must do the tennis then do the tennis, and try to get on a longer cruise later.

Do the tournament!!! Its still California and hopefully you won't be playing 24/7!! I'm not sure you might play 24/7, I just started to play so I don't know how it works with you good people but you should have some free time right????

Go for the tennis tournament. There will be many more opportunities for you by taking a trip to Cali and going to your tournament than the SOS. Personally, the Sovereign is the crappiest ship in RCI's fleet and the teen center has always sucked as well as the teen selection. I'm leaving on her on Monday and i'll be posting an extensive review with pictures when I return so you can check that out. Personally though, 7 nights in Cali would be much better than a 4 night cruise to Nassau and CocoCay.

Go to California Bridgette!!!! There will be other cruises, but this could really help you in tennis!! And with one or two matches a day you'll still have the rest of the time to do other stuff!!

I gotta say, just because I live in LA-- California is amazing. Probably better than most RCCL ships. I hate RCCL.

what level tournament are you playing? Is it for a national ranking?
cOlleges look for the big tournaments, I'd play tennis...you can cruise another time..if its a invite tournament then it won't look great to pass on the opportunity, good luck!!!

well i would probably choose any vacation over a 4 night cruise. because anything less than 7 isnt even worth it.
