Default Help Convince My Dad

Hey you guys I need to think of reasons to convince my dad why we should go on the Carnival Dream instead of the Carnival Legend.

Carnival Legend-
$679.00
sails out of Tampa.

or

Carnival Dream-
$829
sails out of Orlando.

Most likely not an option for her.

Here's a good reason, Legend was just in an accident and looks banged up.

Other reasons, Orlando is a cheaper flight than Tampa from ATL, and also a closer drive than Tampa from ATL.

Dream is a nicer ship.

Dream has a better itinerary.

Just a small note though, both ships are great and I wouldn't complain if the decision was made for one over the other. In my opinion, the difference in price is NOT justifiable, but I tossed you a few reasons either way. Just keep in mind that you are lucky enough to be able to even afford a cruise, so be happy either way.

Play up the cheaper transportation deal. Parents LOVE that. Also try and push the fact that you don't have many cruises left as a teen so you should get more of a choice (that's what I do with my mom at least...)

Thanks you guys!
This is my last cruise as a teen, and my first carnival cruise in a while....so I want to sail on the best ship for my last go around!

I'll just be happy to on a ship.
But for Thanksgiving, my mom gave me the option of Disney World or a cruise...and I chose Disney World. College is stressful and all I want to do is ride the teacups. lol.

But cruising at 18 isn't that bad...I promise. In fact, I had more fun cruising at 18 than ever. lol. I guess the fact that I could legally drink in P.R aided in the decision.
