Yes I have and highly recommended them. Had a claim for a cancelled cruise due to a family illness in 2001 and they paid promptly.

Travel Insured International is who we have used and thank God we did! We were thinking of saving a few bucks and not do it then we had a last minute change of heart and did.
Our cruise was leaving San Juan Saturday evening so we decided to head down Friday afternoon and see a little of San Juan. Saturday morning one of us got a call saying that their mom passed away unexpectdly. They have been great covering everything including our $589.00 tickets one way back to NY!
I was told by someone never buy the insurance that the ship offers as they did and the cruisline went bankrupt while they were on their cruise in Greece and left high & dry.
TravelGuard is who my TA recommends and they paid our claim promptly when I got sick on a cruise and had to visit the ship's doc. Sent in all info required the day after our return and had a check within 10 days. DH and I paid $74 each for the insurance and our claim was for $162....... so it more than paid for itself.
I would highly recomment Travel Guard; our grandson was due within a few weeks of our cruise. Not knowing if he was going to be early or late, we cancelled our cruise. Travel Guard paid our claim promptly. As the commercial says, "Don't leave home without it". It is always better to "play it safe"; anything can happen before or on a cruise to either you or loved ones. The worst possible scenario would be to have to be flown from the ship back home. (if you are very far from home it can cost thousands of dollars). Insurance is a small price to pay for "peace of mind".
